Vigil Signals ("the Service") provides cryptocurrency trading signal notifications generated by machine learning models. The Service is informational only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any cryptocurrency.

The signals, analysis, and information provided through this Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They should not be construed as personalized investment advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
## 3. No Guaranteed Returns
Past performance of the trading signals does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. The Service makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any signals.
## 4. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions
- You must conduct your own research before acting on any signal
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- You must not share, redistribute, or resell signals received through the Service
## 5. Subscription and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
- Failed payments will be retried; after 3 failures, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier
## 6. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must not share your account with others
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
## 7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vigil Signals and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.
## 8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
## 9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
